What age kids do we accept? What is the youngest pt we can see?

Yes! We see pediatric patients, including children as young as 2 years old.

What languages do we speak?

Our team speaks multiple languages to better serve our patients:

3-5 business days, unless custom order, specialty lens, or backorder.

Can you schedule an appointment/How to schedule an appointment online?

2. Select your exam type. (See screenshot attached.)

3. View the available doctor schedules and time slots. (See screenshot attached.)

4. Choose your preferred appointment time. (See screenshot attached.)

5. Fill out the patient information form. Our staff will reach out if any additional details are needed. (See screenshot attached.)

Do I need to get dilated during my exam?

At Focal Optometry, we offer Optos and OCT as alternatives for patients who prefer to avoid dilation. However, dilation remains the gold standard for thoroughly evaluating retinal conditions that require further assessment.

Congrats on your new glasses! You have obtained our damage protection plan to protect your precious new glasses. This plan covers your new purchase against unforseen accidents and the day to day dings and nicks that always seem to end up in your direct line of sight.

Focal Protection Plan:

  • For anything other than loss, your protection plan provides 1 year/1 time repair or replacement of your eyewear

  • Good for one year from purchase date
